Soaring Eagle Waterpark, Mount pleasant Michigan
Soaring Eagle Waterpark is part of the Soaring Eagle group, which is includes the casino and hotel. The day pass rate is $33.00 per person as of this writing. The park has a wide variety of water activities for both young and adults.

Zehnder’s Splash Village, Frankenmuth Michigan
Zehnder’s chicken dinners have been a Frankenmuth staple for decades but the Splash Village now gives you a reason to stay a day or two instead of an hour or two. Great pizza in case you don’t want chicken.

Blue Heron Bay is run by the Washtenaw County Park System. While there is no pool at the park it has all sorts of water recreation toys & devices for the youngsters. Reasonable price to entertain the kids and family.

Avalanche Bay indoor Water Park, Boyne Falls MI
Filled with indoor surfing, water basketball, water slides, knee boarding, and innertube cruises it’s hard to imagine anything more you can do in the water. There’s also a large video game room that you can visit after you dry off.

Great Wolf Water Lodge Park, Traverse City Michigan
Great Lodge has a bit of everything as do several other water parks featured in Michigan. Most found the staff very helpful and friendly. The prices are rather steep on some things and you will be asked for upgrades, but overall the Lodge offers almost everything imaginable for water-related fun.

Rolling Hills Water Park, Ypsilanti Michigan
Rolling Hills Water Park is run by the Washtenaw County Parks district and is an all-outside park but that doesn’t mean there’s a lack of things to do with fishing, water slides, pools, and water coasters. Reasonable prices too.

Bavarian Inn, Frankenmuth Michigan
The Bavarian Inn is almost an institution around Michigan as it’s been open for almost 40 years and has several pools and water filled activities, but the Inn is not depending on the past as it’s opening a new water park called Bavarian Blast which is scheduled to open in Fall of 2024. although not open at the time of this writing, it looks to be a new iconic place to go in Frankenmuth.

Whoa Zone has a different take on a water park. It’s a whole floating obstacle course with steep slides, bridges, and climbing walls. There’s a shallow Kids Zone for small children too. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent and there’s a modest gift shop and some food/ snacks.

Water Warrior Island, Orion chtr. township. Michigan
Water Warrior Island has a floating inflatable obstacle course which kind of reminds you of a giant floating schoolyard playground, along with three seriously steep water slides to give you a feeling like you’re in orbit. There’s a nice Beach for the adults or if you just want to sit and take pictures.
